Additional visitor details

Some Tiqets products require additional visitor details. If the details are not provided as required, the order creation fails.

When creating an order, the customer first name, last name, phone number, and email address are always mandatory. Some Tiqets products require additional visitors' details. These requirements are managed by the supplier of a product. Additional details are typically required for private or personalised experiences, e.g. when the ticket includes a pickup from the hotel. Also there can be cases where the supplier needs to collect additional details due to local legislation. The requirements are returned by our Availability API and need to be provided accordingly when creating an order through the Booking API.

The additional details can be required once per order on order level (e.g. pickup location) or for each individual visitor within visitors_details (e.g. nationality). The same element is always required on the same level, e.g. the nationality always needs to be provided per visitor and there are no cases where it would be required on order level.

If the details are not provided as required, the order creation fails.
